Leadership Coaching

Sherwood Insights offers two levels of leadership coaching: Individual and Corporate.   Individual coaching is when an individual wants to take advantage of the proven effectiveness of coaching to reach goals, build careers and create the life they dream of -- all built around becoming a leader.  Corporate coaching allows organizations to focus on taking high potential employees and by using proven methods, speed the process of moving those key people to a place where they add considerable value and profit to the bottom line.  When projects are larger than a single coach can handle,  Sherwood Insights strategic alliance with Quarry House allow collaborative projects of any size.

Sherwood Insights rates are $150/hour, typically prepaid in bundles of three hours at a time. Special circumstances may lead to an adjustment of those rates.
